Job Description:

  • Provides linkage to divisional & customer perceptive
  • Accountable for the translation between the business unit & field commercial sales strategy
  • Responsible for the bid strategy communication alignment between the business unit and field sales
  • Leads bid meeting, drives to deadline & delivery of selling story support to field sales
  • Ensures delivery of key pricing & RFI materials to Associate Customer Business Managers for customer entry
  • Drives the field sales execution of business unit focused selling initiatives
  • Drives the division execution of aligned key customer initiatives
  • Constructively & creatively drives value added solutions for the business unit and the customer
  • Leads development for the needed customer selling materials behind category selling stories and innovation launches & field sales bulletins; provides General Manager with analytics & SME support
  • Manages the field sales execution product formula changes, count changes and plant transitions
  • Drives MAPS with key customers measuring
  • Manages approved business unit trade budget and works with trade finance
  • Understands the overall customer performance and work with customer leadership for resolutions
  • Determines customer prioritization on sales allocations and aligns with General Manager team
  • Provide single source of truth connecting insights from the field and customer to division leadership
  • Provide subject matter expertise about categories to commercial teams
  • Plays a key role in ensuring forecast accuracy between field sales and demand planning
  • Owns translation of forecast (driver/drags) back into the division.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in sales or related field
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills and effective relationship building skills
  • Excellent business analytical skills – use of data to drive product and pricing strategies, and their impact to production forecasts
  • Solid financial acumen - Understanding of P&L and price implications to optimize customer bid strategies and management of trade funding
  • Strong customer interaction and negotiation skill capabilities
  • Strong project management skills demonstrated problem solving ability, skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects; effectively track project progress, communicate project status to stakeholders at varying level of the organization and demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Strong cross-functional and team coordination skills
  • Creative problem solution abilities; ability to be resourceful to improve long-term customer relationships
  • Capable of building strong internal and external relationships to achieve desired customer outcomes
  • Broker or Key Account Management experience with large or multiple accounts; ability to influence third party partners to achieve profitable results
  • Category Leadership experience
  • Ability to transform insights and analytics into customized strategic account plans for deliver growth
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required – Type: Business, Finance or related field

Working Conditions:

  • Approximately 20-35% travel to various THS locations, customer appointments, industry events or other job related functions.
