Under General Supervision, accountable for the development and implementation of lead campaigns (home and auto) including but not limited to inbound call, outbound call, and click campaigns. Position manages multiple vendors/lead suppliers in an effort to maximize yield and obtain desired quality of business metrics. General Supervision: Incumbent independently performs a variety of duties, including potentially complex duties within established policy guidelines; responsible for a defined set of assignments; is expected to set priorities and meet specific goals and objectives of the function or unit.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Apply and manage digital marketing techniques to effectively buy insurance leads utilizing an appropriate mix of platforms. Apply and manage methods to improve conversion through technology and process opportunities (testing, segmentation, user experience, etc.) Understand and source Key Performance Indicators to measure campaign and resource performance and identify efforts for improving engagement, acquisition, and quality of business. Serve as marketing liaison and consultant to assigned business partners on less complex digital programs and initiatives. Assist in managing and identifying external vendor relationships. Work collaboratively with assigned business partners to understand their goals and make preliminary recommendations on strategies to address those goals (via lead generation campaigns). Assist in analyzing economic considerations and developing marketing forecasts. Utilize knowledge of company products and business model to profile customers and build valuation model. Collaborate with other marketing disciplines (advertising, research, communications, creative services etc.) on less complex programs/ initiatives. Develop and manage digital research and user experience to drive insights for marketing. Develop and deliver digital marketing training to record capabilities grow business and build a bench of lead buying resources. Other duties as assigned
Minimum of 4 years of experience. General knowledge of digital media concepts.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent experiencepreferred. Typically 5-7 years of experience. Preferred experience as a digital marketer/account manager for a strong brand or agency. Experience in insurance and/or financial services desirable. Experience operating across multiple platforms, user interfaces and lead marketplaces. General knowledge of data-driven content marketing. General knowledge on how to research and target wants/needs of various audiences. General Knowledge: Possesses sufficient knowledge to perform most work in normal situations.)
