This role manages digital audience segmentation and personalization strategy across our digital channels, including our digital media and web sites, leveraging key marketing and advertising technology platforms to grow the direct distribution channel. Utilizing core skills and experience with the measurement and optimization of digital media, this role analyzes performance and key performance indicators across all Caesars digital media channels through to conversion on Caesars.com and TotalRewards.com and onto arrival on-property. This manager is responsible for reporting on the efficiency and profitability of each channel, utilizing that reporting to provide recommendations for adjustments and improvements to ongoing campaigns, and identifying long-term strategies for efficient media investments and revenue growth.
The role must communicate and partner effectively across the organization, including but not limited to key stakeholders in eCommerce, Advertising, Hotel Performance, Revenue Management, Studio, and Enterprise Analytics. The role will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth and optimization, from media creative, placement, deployment, tracking, and the user journey upon arrival on the website.
