The Manager, Digital Assets, will play a key role in maintaining the website, building new webpages and gated landing pages focused on nonprofits, giving back, and corporate philanthropy. This position will work across teams to collect requirements, communicate prioritization, and shepherd website updates and development projects through completion. As a member of the Digital Marketing team, data-driven planning and reporting will be critical to success.

You are a creative self-starter, passionate about creating user-friendly web pages and digital experiences that can support the diverse and innovative community. You enjoy project management and coordinating across teams to complete customer focused deliverables. You are a clear communicator who is comfortable working on multiple high priority projects simultaneously. And you use data to inform decisions and evolve to match changing trends.

This role is on the Marketing team and will work closely with Enterprise Systems, Industry Solutions, Marketing, and the Customer Success Group with a focus on Nonprofits and Corporate Philanthropy. The Manager, Digital Assets, will report to the Digital Director of


  • Manage digital development projects and prioritization for, including new functionality, requested updates, and website bugs
  • Create and manage digital documentation and asset library
  • Lead QA for new website rollouts
  • Provide contributions to quarterly digital marketing planning and reports with a focus on innovation
  • Partner with departments across the organization to promote customer centric digital content on the website in a wide range of formats, including webinars, e-books, podcasts, blog posts, and case studies
  • Build landing pages for demand generation on WordPress with Pardot and Salesforce integration
  • Coordinate updated content in new website templates to improve design consistency and optimize user experiences
  • Use data-driven insights to develop user-friendly website experiences that inspire and celebrate the innovative community

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated website management experience
  • WordPress or comparable CMS and HTML experience
  • Photoshop image editing for web
  • Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Project management experience and ability to clearly communicate priorities and timeline across teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with geographically diverse and remote teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Commitment to making the world a better place through technology for social change
