We’re looking for an experienced demand generation expert to take ownership of demand generation programs. The ideal person for our team is a data driven marketer and gifted storyteller who has a history of proven performance driving leads in a freemium SaaS environment. You’re a self-starter that works well with others and enjoys a rapidly evolving environment. Ideally, you have experience marketing to life science companies, hospitals or healthcare providers.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead the development, execution and optimization of lead generation activity across a wide variety of channels
Develop programs that generate a consistent flow of MQLs to the SDR and AE teams
Continue to turn our website into a conversion engine for MQLs and direct registrations by medical practices
Manage day to day lead management processes between Marketo, Salesforce, and other critical systems; suggest and implement ways to use automation to improve processes, productivity and scalability
Select and solidify relationships with list providers and other vendors who can assist with database growth and cleanliness
Assist in the development of reporting systems to measure our success to make strategic recommendations to the team and improve business results
What you should have:
Must have at least 3-5 years previous demand generation experience (heavy emphasis on digital) with a clear record of generating results
Excellent project management skills - previous experience managing multiple, competing, time-sensitive priorities; adept at driving projects through completion
Self-starter who is proactive and adept in building internal and external working relationships and eager to try new things
Analytical and metrics driven; quickly leverages data to make decisions and optimize programs with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best possible results
Highly developed communication skills; you delight in crafting compelling content
Technical expertise; you have hands on experience with both Salesforce and Marketo and other B2B technologies, from setting up campaigns to building reports you are comfortable with standard B2B marketing technology and are interested in learning more
A strong understanding of all digital acquisition channels, including display, search, social, retargeting, lead buys and content/event sponsorships
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
Knowledge of digital marketing landscape, B2B marketing strategies and emerging technologies
Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; you will need to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into an acquisition strategy and lead the execution
