Alegeus seeks a Manager, Data & Integration to join our dedicated, passionate team of professionals. The Manager, Data & Integration will report to the VP, Professional Services and be responsible for helping our company succeed by leading major data initiatives and managing a team of individuals comprised of Sr. Data Analysts, Data Analysts, and Data Associates.

Responsibilities

OUTCOMES (the “What”)

Develop and document comprehensive and standard workflows for all internal operational data processes by 6/1/2021
Develop standard project lifecycle process, for all internal operational data initiatives and put into practice for all responsible team members/new initiatives by 6/1/2021
Standard Business Requirement Document
Standard Technical Solution Document
Standard Solution Support Document
Standard Testing/Deployment Document
Build standard onboarding boot camp for all newly hired employees to team by 4/1/2021
Design/architect and implement one major automated project which drives 10% or higher operational efficiency from current state within 6 months
Develop client conversion & integration strategy playbook(s) to make new client data implementations uniform, consistent, repeatable, scalable, easier, or quicker by 4/1/2021
Increase the capability, efficiency and productivity of direct reports through training/development by an average of 10% (measured against identified key metrics for team delivery) by 12/31/2021

The desired candidate should have direct experience leading and managing technical, analytical, or development teams. Proven ability to lead business objectives though multiple enterprise technology units to provide root-cause analysis, design data solutions, develop software code/automation, conduct data quality testing, provide documentation and implement large/multiple projects concurrently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All responsibilities for this role will be in service of the Outcomes listed above
Accountable for the performance of staff and success of the Data & Integration team (3-5 directs)
Hire staff; ensure they are properly mentored, trained, utilized and motivated
This role will need to partner with many leaders across account management, operations, product and technology teams to design, execute and implement client data strategy
Work hands-on with clients providing consultative Alegeus system expertise to drive successful client data conversion, implementations, and system integrations.
Oversee the development of data solutions utilizing SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Oversee data mapping of existing client platforms to Alegeus Wealthcare Administrator proprietary API (SOAP and REST) and flat file or batch formats (EDI) inbound/outbound
Consult and guide clients from current state to future state design
Continuously improve and mature internal processes and technical efficiencies
Occasional to light travel required for client on-site consultation

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BA/BS required; Degree in business, operations, engineering, computer science or similar field preferred
Experience with data modeling, solution architecture, ETL framework, Web Services
Experience in Consumer Driven Health (CDH) or healthcare information systems preferred
Experience with enterprise software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with sensitive data file exchange and regulatory requirements

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

A passion for healthcare, financial services, behavioral economics, consumerism and/or any combination of these disciplines
Strong interest in learning new things and comfort in pushing new boundaries
