We are looking for a Manager of Customer Systems Administration to work with the Head of Customer Care Operations in standing up, integrating administering and maintaining all technology within the Customer Care organization. This will include systems in the areas of customer interaction (CX), billing, taxation, subscription management, reporting, and info/sec compliance. Ongoing tasks will include managing systems implementation and administration, functional unit and systems integrations testing, vendor management, operational process flow enhancements, and reporting.
