Position Overview

Provide support to Senior Director in project managing the development of all seasonal brand campaigns for assigned brands within the Polo brand studio of the agency. Liaise between internal agency partners and marketing partners to deliver high quality, digital and print solutions on time, on budget and within scope.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure all creative and project briefs received from marketing teams contain all information necessary for agency to execute advertising and marketing materials
  • Management of status reports and status meetings for all assigned brands and projects
  • Brief campaign related and seasonal projects to internal advertising team and drive the development of project schedules and budgets; consistent use of Advisor system and Polo Info to track projects and provide concise media plans with approved creative allocations
  • Support the shoot planning process, organizing styling sessions and shot lists
  • Partner closely with creative operations manager, creative director, art director, copy team, shoot production, print/video production and studio on the execution of projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget, including but not limited to:
  • Route layouts, job bags and project estimates for approval
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance
  • Legal – layout/image rights clearances
  • Copy/Client (internal and external) – manuscript approvals; descriptives for mailers; store tags for ads
  • Finance – obtain approved estimates & POs in a timely manner and save in the software/server
  • Coordinate creative approvals with marketing partners and creative leads.
  • Monitor and report competitive brand information

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • 4+ years in a marketing communications role, agency experience a plus
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple brands and adept at prioritizing

§ A natural planner, detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

  • Collaborative, proactive, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and within budget
  • Must be willing to travel on weekdays and possibly some weekends on shoots as needed
  • Excellent communication skills

§ Customer oriented, diplomatic, and able to balance business and creative perspectives

  • Creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies
  • Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle branding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and project management software a plus
