: The Manager, Compliance Training & Communication will partner with the Chief Compliance Officer, Global Leadership Development and Learning team, and functional stakeholders to help develop and implement training and communications materials that promote and enable ethical conduct and compliance, support the Fortive Standards of Conduct, and clearly communicate the Fortive Purpose & Values.

The successful candidate will embrace an approach and actions that foster transparency and a culture of compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand the elements of an effective Compliance Program, including compliance training and awareness; regularly benchmark program externally for best practices
  • Institute and administer an effective compliance awareness program, including raising awareness among employees of business and compliance risks and policies
  • Independently and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders develop, design and sustain effective training and communications materials
  • Implement a global Compliance Training program that reflects dynamic internal and external risks
  • Develop or customize training and communications materials that align to Fortive Purpose & Values, Standards of Conduct, and goals of the Fortive Compliance Program
  • Assess training needs of audience and monitor and assess training programs results for impact and effectiveness
  • Maintain an understanding of learning trends, developments and best practices
  • Deploy a wide variety of training and communication methods
  • Manage budget, workflows and vendors to meet deadlines
  • Run regular reports from the LMS

Qualifications

: Functional Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, including at least 5 years of compliance, legal, or training/talent development experience
  • Experience developing and sustaining learning and communications solutions in a global environment
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance program requirements and best practices
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS), reports, and dashboard reporting
  • Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, influence, facilitation and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner with all levels of the organization
  • Preferred experience as an in-house Compliance training and communications manager

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree required
  • 8+ years' experience in the field required
  • Compliance certifications/credentials a plus
