Job Description

Overview: Plan, organize and direct operations of all compensation practices and procedures of the College under the direction of the Director, Human Resources and Total Rewards.

  • Description: Plan and direct operational requirements in order to comply with College compensation practices.
  • Advise Administrators, Management and HR Partners on compensation policies and procedures as required.
  • Assist HR Partners in development of Job descriptions and/or departmental organization changes to ensure compliance with College compensation practices.
  • Manage the compensation area and develop staff to ensure effective and efficient processes and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct external market pay comparisons and recommend adjustments in College pay practices as necessary.
