This is a people manager for the Audience Generation and Communications team. This manager is responsible for managing the team that creates all the social, communications and drive to assets that support the Think Global Conference and the key xIBM 3rd party events that the global team plans and executes.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years marketing experience that includes face to face events
- Deep understand of audience segmentation approaches
- Strong writer
- 5+ years experience in building social strategies and plans
- 2+ years working on a trained agile team
- Completed a project management certification or equivalent proven experience
- 2+ years building web and marketing campaign strategies
