Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Manager to lead and support our Cloud Onboarding team. As a Manager of Cloud Onboarding, you will be leading a high performing team that is responsible for the onboarding of greenfield applications and migrating on-prem applications to the public cloud.
You will be responsible for implementing changes to improve the overall effectiveness of the team, along with enforcing quality standards for products and services. You will be responsible for determining time and resources needed to complete assignments and will assist team members in prioritizing and completing assigned tasks and projects where needed. You will also be responsible for people management activities, including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews.
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with application teams are imperative to effectively manage onboarding activities across projects that span multiple business units. You will partner with application teams to accomplish goals put forth by the stakeholders while maintaining IT security policies. Lastly, you will be responsible for ensuring that service levels are met and will lead continuous improvement efforts.
