This job is for you if

• You have a bachelor’s degree, a current license, and credentials such as RN or LPN
• You have a minimum of 5 years of management experience
• People say you can create a positive and motivating work environment
• You can organize your time efficiently

Here’s what an ordinary day of work might look like

• You manage large network of field-based mid-level practitioners
• You partner with department leaders in strategic planning and review of dashboards and reporting to drive operational excellence
• You conduct 1:1 check ins with your providers at least twice a month to include a review of their current performance and any necessary coaching
• You review the results of audits of medical records performed by the Clinical Auditor
• You review clinical monitoring reports for trends or individual issues
