Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Education Manager provides clinical expertise for the development of educational materials, pre-sales clinical discussions, and post-sales product training with customers. The Manager also delivers medical device training to customers and internal teammates. This position reports to the Director of Professional Education as part of Midmark's Clinical Affairs Department.


ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

•Provide post sales product and workflow use education/training to customers as approved by the Professional Education Director in coordination with the V.P. of Clinical Affairs.

•Serve as a clinical subject matter expert for the development of clinical education on topics such as spirometry, blood pressure, ECG, Holter, vitals, RTLS, and exam room workflow for instruction led education, eLearning, micro-learning, and blended learning solutions.
