Manages the administrative operations and staff of Memorial’s physician clinics under the direction of senior management. This may include policy development, customer service, scheduling, and office operations. Assists in the establishment and transition of new clinics to Memorial. Oversees provider billing access, production, budgeting and physician revenue based upon established guidelines and contracts.
Required Qualifications:
Education: B.S. in Business Management or Finance or related.
Licensure: Valid Mississippi Driver’s License and must meet requirements for hospital auto insurance coverage.
Experience: Three years of supervisory/office management experience in a multi-site clinic setting.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritizing effectively to meet varying deadlines of multiple projects. Organization, communication, and time management skills are essential. Proficient use of personal computers and software applications (Windows and Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: MBA in Management or Finance or related.
Licensure: None
Experience: Five years previous experience in a hospital or medical facility.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Computer network knowledge; basic statistics; proprietary systems used by hospitals (McKesson, Allscripts, Star, etc.)
