Using a B2B2C marketing model, Experian Partner Solutions works with leading brands across industries such as financial services, insurance and membership services, building tailored programs to help their customers take control of their financial lives. We enable our clients to offer market leading protection against the latest threats to consumers’ identity and financial profiles, including:

• Dark Web monitoring
• Identity theft detection
• Identity restoration services
• Credit profile monitoring

We are looking for a Manager of Client Marketing to join our growing team!

The Manager of Client Marketing will work directly with client companies to build winning acquisition, engagement, and retention programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Marketing, this person will work across a mix of established and new clients to grow penetration and uptake of the Experian product set.

Key Responsibilities
• Own marketing strategy for a portfolio of client companies, advising across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and upsell
• Develop tailored marketing plans for a suite of client companies, taking an account ownership approach to guide strategy and build individualized plans for each
• Lead consultative sessions with senior level marketing executives at client companies to define product positioning, messaging and channel strategy
• Build product and industry expertise and provide advisory services and thought leadership to client companies. Advise client companies on marketing best practices that drive uptake and engagement of identity and credit monitoring products
• Take brand marketing approach to guide product positioning and messaging for best fit with each individual client company
• Take customer segmentation approach to determine target segments and design marketing approaches to drive targeted behavior by segment
• Collaborate with creative services team to produce winning campaigns that meet client objectives and drive revenue growth
• Own business outcomes, including analyses, recommendations and influencing and collaborating on execution
• Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Required
• 3-5 years’ experience in either corporate or agency environment, with track record of driving results
• Track record of delivering multifaceted marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Working knowledge of customer lifecycle KPIs and levers used to influence
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and prioritize across multiple projects in different stages of development (ideation, concepting, delivery, optimization)
• Analytical and financial acumen with passion for using numbers to prioritize most impactful efforts and build business case behind marketing recommendations
• Client services mindset with ability to think creatively, influence and drive alignment with counterparts at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred
• Digital marketing experience across search, affiliate, display and/or social channels
• Experience interfacing with creative teams and translating stakeholder feedback into actionable creative direction
• Experience defining and executing winning marketing strategies in financial services, insurance or other highly regulated industry
• Experience driving partnership success and customer engagement across B2B2C relationship constructs
