Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood required.
Experience: 3 years or more in Supervision. T
raining: Previous child care training with working knowledge of Early Childhood Development.
License: Director Credential within 6 months of employment.
Other: Interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer relation skills, computers skills and basic math skills
Job Description Manages the Child Development Center. Participates in or develops budgets, goals and objectives for the department and is responsible for implementation. Responsible for ensuring high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
