Manage the day to day operations of the Patient Charge Control Department and the Revenue Cycle Analysts. Responsibilities include the maintenance and accuracy of the health system's Charge Description Masters and leading and managing the CDM team.
Minimum requiredqualifications to be considered:
- At least 5 years' work related experience with healthcare CDM.
- At least 2 years' experience in a related supervisory or management role.
- General experience in coding and thorough understanding of billing compliance with government programs specifically the assignment of Revenue, CPT and HCPCS codes.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or Nursing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
