Your tasks

  • Ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations, good negotiator
  • Work with Director, Customer Satisfaction to hire, train and build centralized Customer Service team
  • Develop internal communication plan for goals and actions of both team and individuals
  • Work with Lead Centers/Competency Centers to demonstrate the value of Centralized Customer Service and gain their support
  • Work with Director, Customer Satisfaction to build centralized Customer Service team
  • Manage daily project activities of associates to achieve established goals & milestones
  • Travel to FNST sites (and possibly international travel) will be required (approx. 20%)

Our expectations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (various disciplines) – major in business or technical fields/ engineering a plus
  • Excellent PC related skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • 5+ years’ experience and application of large scale Customer Service (CS) ERP systems
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ associates in CS performance goals & objectives
  • 5+ years’ corporate customer service experience in B to B OEM & Tiers manufacturing & distribution environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow up and detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong understanding and experience in developing and implementing processes
  • Change manager/agent in a complex corporate environment
  • 5+ years’ Customer Service experience utilizing SAP all FF functions (P.O.s, EDI, Pricing, Customer Master)
  • Experience with implementation of an ERP system in multi-plant environment is desired
  • Lean Admin background highly desired
  • Supply Chain Management background a plus
  • Demonstrated excellent problem solving skills involving systems and situations.
