Responsibilities:

The Manager, Case Mgmt shall direct the staff administrative operations of the department and is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of case management functions performed by departmental personnel within their assigned service setting accordance with established goals.



Qualifications:

LCSW; or MSW with 10 years management experience; or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with an active California RN license. Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability. Approximately three to five years of relevant experience PREFERRED: Experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting. Previous leadership experience in Case Management. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MINIMUM REQUIRED: MSW or California Registered Nursing license. PREFERRED: California License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
