Position Summary

This position is a technical, compensation specialist that will be responsible for managing and enhancing global compensation benchmarking and analysis across all segments and compensation plans. This position functions as the in-house, subject matter expert that will drive implementation and administration of existing and new compensation programs, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the company's goals and competitive practices that support organizational objectives. This role will be responsible for conducting impact analysis of any proposed changes, creating summary metrics and statistical reports.

Key Duties/
Responsibilities

Market Data & Analysis
•Manages global salary survey participation (including the relationships with third party vendors) for Investment Professional and Investor Services positions which includes participating in benchmarking studies, preparing results and analyses in standardized form and making recommendations based on findings
•Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data 
•Creates and maintains internal benchmarking templates to accommodate different department and segment needs
•Partners with recruiters to keep apprised of changes in the external market  
•Consults with HRBPs on a variety of compensation and benchmarking related topics  to identify appropriate course of action and produce timely deliverables and services 
•Conducts ad-hoc analysis of the market and industry trends, as needed
•Partners with Equity team to include long-term incentives benchmarking (equity grants and carried interest programs)
•Partners with HRIS and IT teams to ensure the development and maintenance of a variety of standard compensation reports and ad hoc queries 

Overall Compensation Management
•Evaluates effectiveness of existing compensation plans, guidelines and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and firm objectives 
•Runs impact analysis of any proposed changes, creating summary metrics and statistical reports
•Creates and maintains various compensation ranges
•Ensures programs and policies are in compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations
•Ad hoc requests and projects as assigned
