Manager of Business Process Solutions will work cross-functionally with business process stakeholders to assess and identify key process improvement opportunities. The Manager will collaborate with process owners to determine process and/or digital solutions which will optimize efficiency and create excellent customer experiences.
Required Skill Sets
Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple process improvement projects in a complex and fast-paced work environment
Experience in successfully leading and completing process design initiatives with proven, measurable impact on business performance (financial and operational)
Ability to work cross-functionally
Must be well organized and self-motivated
Ability to manage projects, gather facts and perform analysis independently
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
5-7 years of process engineering and analysis with demonstrated experience in material process improvement implementation.
Proven skillsets in change management, project leadership and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
