Position: Business Development Manager ? Construction/Commercial & Residential

Our client, a well-recognized global manufacturer of sophisticated machinery designed to facilitate the building and construction process, is interested in expanding business throughout the U.S. During their 25year history, this company has offered a range of automated access equipment to increase the precision and accuracy of constructing high-rise buildings, commercial shopping malls, condominiums, office buildings, manufacturing plants, and single as well as multiple unit residential projects.
The Manager of Business Development, will be responsible for identifying clients throughout the U.S. Potential clients will include Builders, Construction Companies, Architects, Rental Companies, Dealers/Resellers, Retail Stores of building and design products. Ideal candidate will have experiencesellingproducts to the Building and Design industries in the Commercial and Residential Sectors.
? Developing new business opportunities in the U.S. and managing the customer interface and pipeline opportunities.
? Prepare regular sales plan, business reports and analysis
? Develop and execute sales growth plans, including client strategy plans, client proposals and contracts.
? Oversee and manage client pricing to ensure accurate invoicing set up.
? Attend and represent the company at Trade Shows
? Must be a motivated, self-starter, with strong networking and communication skills
? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships
? Experiencesellingproducts and solutions to, Construction Companies, Architects, Builders, Installers, Electrical and HVAC Instrallers as well as Retail Chain and Stores specializing in Commercial and Residential Building Products.
