The position exists to use innovative data-driven and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance and customer behavior and to predict performance and results for IU Health's System Clinical Services (SCS) business unit that will be used in strategic decision making and planning. The incumbent will work with all levels of SCS leadership and will work collaboratively across IU Health business units as appropriate. The position will outline what business questions need to be solved, what business intelligence needs to be gathered and reported, conduct market research and/or structured statistical and predictive analysis and prepare all reports that support resulting conclusions/recommendations. The incumbent will report to the ECR CFO.
