We are seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing, to join our Firm in any of our offices.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Technology, the Manager, Brand Marketing will play a primary role in the Firm's brand strategy.

This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that enhance the perception and value of the brand. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's identity and objectives. The Brand Manager will drive brand awareness, increase market share and loyalty through effective brand management and innovative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development

  • Work with Director, Marketing and Technology, Business Development Managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify marketing opportunities based on insights, market research and other relevant data;
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for brand growth;
  • Identify emerging issues and trends and establishing priorities to inform and improve decision-making while continuously looking ahead and considering how priorities should evolve over time;
  • Define the brand's positioning, messaging, and value proposition;
  • Ownership, tracking and maintenance of comprehensive branded materials list ensuring that all incremental brand updates are incorporated into materials on an as-needed basis.


Brand Identity Management

  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all firm branded materials, both internally and externally, to maintain brand integrity;
  • Develop creative briefs with stakeholders and liaise with external agencies as required in the development of all brand related materials, seeing the project through to completion;
  • Create messaging for events, invitations and collateral materials;
  • Oversee and strategically guide the creation of compelling marketing content across various platforms, including digital, video, social media, print, and experiential, to effectively showcase a holistic and consistent external image of the Firm's brand.


Marketing Campaigns

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and content team to create and manage online content, social media strategies, and email marketing initiatives;
  • Lead brand initiatives for product launches, ensuring they are aligned with the overall brand strategy;
  • Coordinate with BD team, communications and content teams to create cohesive launch plans;
  • Work with digital team to establish measures of success for marketing campaigns and share progress, insights, and recommendations for optimizing results with other team members and leaders across the Firm;
  • Manage budgets, production timelines for launch activities;
  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including market share and brand awareness;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on brand performance to Markets team;
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize brand strategies.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's or university degree in marketing, business, communications or related field;
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' work experience working in marketing, brand management and design;
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design;
  • Demonstrated experience leading the creation of data-driven consumer journeys and operationalizing within cross-functional teams;
  • Developing creative branding strategies;
  • Experience in measuring campaign effectiveness;
  • In-depth knowledge of project management platforms;
  • Ability to work in Adobe, Canva, Video editing and similar software;
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills;
  • Superior editing and writing ability;
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
  • A polished and professional individual who is comfortable with working with colleagues at all levels of seniority;
  • Proficiency in French is an asset but not required.
