Job Description

HOW YOU'LL HELP US KEEP CLIMBING (OVERVIEW & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

The Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Safety Programs, Corporate Safety, Security & Compliance (CSSC), providing support and guidance to the CSSC team and Operating Divisions. As part of the CSSC Team, you will educate Corporate and Divisional teams in understanding and application of behavioral sciences, applying proven approaches, frameworks and thinking in operational, safety and risk situations to generate desired outcomes. The Manager works with Corporate and Divisional leadership teams, Station (airport) leaders and Field Safety Specialists to identify the norms, assumptions, causal factors and triggers that underpin at-risk behaviors in the operation.
