West Monroe’s Customer Solution practice provides solutions in business strategy, customer experience and support, marketing strategy and optimization, CRM & Enterprise Management application & technology implementation services, as well as business analytics offerings.
We help our customers and prospects improve their customers’ experience and satisfaction, become more responsive to market trends primarily around enhanced revenue management and provide a consistent repeatable experience for all customers, regardless of the channel.
Opportunity Overview:
This position is the first of its kind at the firm and an opportunity to be a leader driving new solutions, client approach, while defining and growing a CoE. West Monroe is seeking Manager candidates in our Customer Solution Practice with a focus on Marketing, Sales & Service with depth and expertise in eCommerce. This individual will be driving or supporting sales pursuits in marketing and sales engagements. They will lead work on projects – either individually or with a team to help our clients with their marketing and sales initiatives in the commerce space. Our consultants are expected to be thought leaders and advisors to our clients to help enable their strategic initiatives. In addition to project work, our consultants are influential in the growth of our practice. Team members actively contribute to internal initiatives spanning new solution and IP creation to practice operations and people development. Hands on involvement in our practice gives our consultants opportunities to grow their skillset and careers beyond the confines of project work.
