Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of criminal justice and policy strategies for VIVITROL®
  • Evolve customer segment messaging platforms through analysis, interpretation of insights, and customer needs
  • Development and delivery of supporting tools, resources and programs for field sales teams
  • Monitor evolving market and advise implications for business strategy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our field sales, Regional Account Directors, and Policy team
  • Manage relationship with key vendors and partners
  • Manage budget resources

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/science, MBA preferred
  • 5 or more years’ experience in product marketing and/or salesexperience  
  • Understanding of various customer segments (i.e. payers, various provider types, specialty pharmacies, hospitals, etc.).
  • Knowledge of specialty injectables and/or CNS preferred
  • Understanding of the FDA promotional guidelines and approval process

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Ability to work across multiple functions (sales, market research, public affairs, medical affairs, finance)
  • Proficient management of agencies to develop and implement creative programs and tactics
  • Strong communication skills (writing and verbal)
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory environment as it pertains to government channels

Travel Requirements:

  • Overnight travel ~10-15%
