As an Application Development Division Manager, you will lead multiple cross-functional, agile teams in the development of large-scale web and mobile applications that address and anticipate client and business needs.

This position will report to the Client Digital Technology Department Head and will be responsible for leading numerous Wealth Management digital solution delivery and support activities, which provide clients the ability to view, report and transact across their banking, brokerage, mutual fund and custody accounts.

What You Will Do The Digital Experience Solutions Application Development Division Manager is a strong communicator who leads with empathy, takes ownership of projects, encourages teams to mature our agile environment, and: • Contributes to an open culture that enables employees' development through direct but kind feedback, promotes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of curiosity and optimism

• Works with the Wealth CIO and Wealth Digital Product teams to define a strategic plan for Wealth Management digital capabilities

• Oversees employee and contractor staff of 50+, conducts performance management and career development processes, providing input for staffing decisions and offering hands-on training to staff

• Develops periodic goals, organize workloads, sets priorities, monitor project and support activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work

• Manages business partner and vendor relationships

• Provides capital and expense budget planning

• Ensures compliance with all audit, security and risk management requirements

• Defines and monitors metrics to improve applications' stability and availability, as well as sustain and improve cost efficiencies and productivity gains

Your Knowledge and Skills

As an Application Development Division Manager, you must have experience with at least some, but not all, of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience supporting teams and mentoring developers on the application of Lean, Agile and continuous learning practices

• 5-7 years of experience in Application Development Management

• Experience managing medium to large website application teams

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to structure efficient and effective teams

• Knowledge of web application concepts and modern architectures

• Knowledge of various website application designs and programming techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Business knowledge of financial services applications

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop innovative solutions to meet project expectations

• Strong client management skills and competencies, attention to detail and the ability to be proactive, prudent and confident in time-critical pressure situations. • Experience managing and implementing website security and risk agendas The following nice-to-haves represent just a few of the other experiences that may be relevant to this position:
