SUMMARY: This position isresponsible for multi departmental Ambulatory operations and staff functions; including access to care, optimal clinical,financial and operational performance, and human resources, while delivering an exceptional customerexperience. Manages capital assets to meet the most critical needs; leverages best practices across departments and the hospital to achieve operational excellence; ensures effective and timely charge capture for services; and maximizes relationships with physicians and staff to establish positive working environment and personal accountability.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and five (5) years of experience in a management setting. Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum five (5) years increasingly responsible supervisory or management experience with demonstrated proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job.
