Our client provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that enable small and medium businesses to simplify their sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers. Our SMB mailing and shipping technology supports more than one million businesses, from addressing and postage evidencing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments We are looking for a client focused individual, who/who can drive client adoption, engagement and throughput for the Shipping, Digital, SaaS, and new product offering

  • Manage and grow activation-related revenue streams for the SMB business unit
  • Drive transformation across the end-to end sending and shipping experience for SMB products, including the digitalexperience, on-site interactions, physical implementation, and operational processes
  • Drive strategy and delivery for activation-related products across the SMB ecosystem
  • Proactively evaluate client pain points from all perspectives to identify opportunities for new and/or improved sending and shipping capabilities
  • Collaborate and liaise with key functional partners to establish product goals and objectives
  • Establish product roadmaps and coordinate with key partners to manage product delivery and implementation timelines
  • Define and document product user stories and functional requirements to enable technology development
  • Work closely with the Engineering teams to establish delivery priorities for new capabilities, product enhancements, defect fixes, etc.
  • Maintain close partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Service to ensure that product functionality aligns with business capacity and capabilities
  • Represent and support the product as the ongoing subject matter expert.
  • Orchestrate all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy, planning, definition, delivery, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish product strategies that align with the broader business vision
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skill set, with an ability to synthesize and analyze product-related data across an array of sources (e.g. IOT, Market research, etc.), to evaluate product effectiveness
  • Extremely strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence senior leadership by developing and clearly framing up options, analysis and recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with an appropriate balance of attention to detail and agility to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional project teams with a wide range of stakeholders and key partners
  • Experience in launching digital/SaaS/activation-driven products
  • Proven digital transformational leadership experience
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Must be able to make decisions autonomously as well as drive decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business highly desirable

Salary

$144K - $156K
