MANAGER * ACCOUNTING/OPERATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

*     Supervise analysts, associates and fund accountants

*     Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff and interns

*     Perform detailed review of quarterly investment report valuations including diversification metrics as well as realized and unrealized valuation gains and losses ("pass-through")

*     Review support book schedules and documentation for quarterly investor reports

*     Perform detailed review of journal entries and financial statements for complex fund vehicles including waterfall allocations

*     Coordinate cash management with accounting managers and fund accountants

*     Review wire transfer authorizations and/or templates

*     Prepare or review investor capital call and distribution calculations

*     Process investment amendments/consents with deal teams

*     Draft and coordinate fund amendment and extension consent process

*     Participate on investment update calls and prepare/review memo summary

Requirements:

*     CPA strongly recommended, B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CFA a plus

*     7+ years of directly related experience in private equity and real estate partnership investment accounting

*     Working understanding of "waterfall" allocations

*     Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office

*     Solid management team skills including staff development

*     Strong relationship building skills with internal business clients
