The Management &Technology Advisory Services (MTAS) Senior Manager worksunder the authority of the MTAS National Practice Leader and MTAS Partner, and isresponsible for managing and delivering high value solutions to multiple clients. The Senior Manager serves as a lead and co-lead advisor on 80/20 consulting engagements, assists with sales and relationship management of new and existing consulting clients, and performs engagements completely and in accordance with recognized standards or policies of the Partnership and the terms of the engagements themselves.


- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or other relevant field or at least 7-10 years of Management Technology Advisory Services experience, required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or other similar advanced degree, preferred

- Ten (10) or more years of supervisory experience, required
- Ten (10) or more years of experience within an internal or external consulting capacity, with a consulting firm, public accounting firm or Fortune 1000 company performing management functions, preferred
- Five (5) or more years of experience with Corporate Development and M&A Cycle, preferred
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, preferred

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Power Point, preferred

- Strong project management skills
- Solid understanding and capable of planning and coordinating all stages of advisory services methodology
- Knowledge of process documentation and mapping, as well as procedure development
- Capable of resolving complex business issues and proactive problem solving
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, specifically business and report writing
- Ability to prepare for and run an executive working session and/or progress/status meeting
- Ability to adapt style and messaging to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels both within the client organization and the Firm
- Ability to manage diverse and/or cross functional teams
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently and within a group environment
- Ability to collaborate with partners and managers within all service lines and industries
- Capable of being a leader with respect to the topics of project management, governance, risk and control
- Ability to estimate effort and formulate fee estimates for project work plans
- Ability to develop action complex performance improvement roadmaps and resource plans
- Superior analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and plan for the implementation appropriate solutions
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline driven environment with a focus on details and accuracy
- Solid project management skills and fundamental capabilities
- Understanding of “lean” concepts and familiarity with “6 sigma” principles
- Solid grasp of general performance improvement methodology (leading practices)
- Excellent people development and delegation skills, including training/instruction, scheduling and budgeting
- Executive presence to act as primary contact for clients while preparing and presenting to clients and potential clients
- Ability to travel 40-60% on average with the possibility of more, as needed
