Addx Corporation is seeking a highly qualified candidate with 20 years of overall strategic practice experience and more recent experience in working with a Marine Corp senior leadership and internal project teams to deliver hands-on project management and leadership consulting to include project implementation, execution, and measurement for a strategic Cloud Transition, Migration and Modernization program.
The senior consultant will support an ongoing NIWC Atlantic Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division initiative that provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), United States Marine Corps (USMC), US Navy, and United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Information Technology (IT) systems.
The senior consultant will lead and be responsible for the ongoing assessment of the current system architectures; identifying the steps necessary to secure these systems; developing and deploying solutions into a commercial cloud production environment. The senior consultant will lead the team responsible for working directly with the Quantico/Stafford Virginia based clients ensuring user requirements are met and exceeded in the cloud and enterprise IT services provided. for the expeditionary forces worldwide. The NIWC Atlantic E2S2 Division provides the technical capability to deliver and sustain cyber-secure systems, networks, and services that enable the USN, USMC, and USSOCOM Information Warfare (IW) superiority by providing IT infrastructure procurement, integration, and delivery along with technology roadmaps for modernization efforts of enterprise network infrastructure, cloud architectures and application migration.
Experience: Twenty (20) years of Strategic Business Management experience in C4ISRprojects in support of Department of Defense (DoD) efforts to include: Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts. At least three years of business experience at the executive level (e.g., SES, CEO, and Corporate President).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business-related specialty. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 Program Management Certification.
