Drive complex technical sales initiatives for Booz Allen’s Managed Threat Services (MTS) capability within the fast-growing commercial group. Collaborate withinternal and external senior clients, including CISO, CIO, CTO, SVP, VP, and IT leaders to dramatically enhance their visibility across the enterprise.
Leverage Booz Allen’s proven approach to MTS, which combines attack detection,threat hunting, incident response, and tailoredthreat intelligence to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions to the client base and increase the firm's visibility in the market through results.
Focus on external clients to build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and lead and execute all aspects of business development functions for a given geographic region. Translate customer business and technical requirements and success criteria into new MTS opportunities and lead negotiations for enterprise MTScontracts.
Work across cross-functional teams successfully in selling situations to provide a unified voice and value proposition to the customer base regarding Booz Allen’s service and technical differentiation in the marketspace. Aligninternal resources, SMEs, and business leaders tosupport selling efforts for key accounts. This position is available for remote delivery but does require at least 50%travel.
-5+ years of experience as a technical sales leader
-5+ years of experience in the professional services space focused on solutions and consulting sales
-3+ years of experience in a technical role focused on Cyber or selling and delivering capabilities
-Experience with leading and closing negotiations focused on enterprise-level managed service contracts
-Experience with developing client relationships and C-level relevance across enterprise organizations through a variety of channels
-Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures
-Ability to be a highly-motivated entrepreneurial self-starter
-Ability to display a track record of success with building new pipelines, managing funnels, and achieving performance against quota
-Ability to travel for at least 50% of the time
-BA or BS degree or 7+ years of experience with industry sales in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
-Experience with technical sales in a startup environment
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Salesforce.com and Visio applications
-Ability to perform a variety of complicated, detail-oriented assignments and deliver preferred outcomes in allotted time frames
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to leverage business acumen and executive presence
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding business and client information
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-CISSP, CCE, and PFI Certifications a plus
