Duties: Provide 2nd level technical product and system support to internal staff and external customers. Perform technically demanding work within technical or paraprofessional area. Pre-empt potential problems and provide effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes. Work with developers to further enhance the Xpert Trading Product Features and Functionally. Provide trouble shooting and support for OpenScape Xpert, OpenScape Voice, OpenScape Branch, and OpenScape Contact Center. Participate in strategic planning sessions to discuss business needs as they relate to a trader environment, and adapt Unify platforms to meet those needs. Install and configure turret images. Perform health check reports on Unify software, including recommendations for remediation of issues as applicable. Participate in predefined disaster recovery testing as necessary. Will work at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.

Minimum education required:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field. Employer will accept 2 years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering (any) or a related field as meeting the Bachelor’s degree requirement.

Experience required:3 years of experience in voice communications systems and Xpert Trading software for financial systems.

Skills required: Experience in OpenScape Xpert Xpert Multi-Line Communications Systems Financial Trading solution implementation and maintenance. Experience in Windows Server and Linux based operating systems. Experience in Voice, IP Telephony, and Unified communications. Knowledge of IP Technologies based Voice Recording solutions from NICE. Configuration experience in: OpenScape Voice Communications Servers, OpenScape Branch Communications and OpenScape Contact Center Call Center System Platforms. Experience working with VMware based virtual platforms. Experience in Wireshark to troubleshoot flow of SIP based communications technologies and knowledge in networking protocols. Knowledge in networking technologies, switching and routing. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
