Our client company is seeking an experienced manger with strong technical and commercial experience to play a key role in expanding the firm's capabilities in construction dispute and lenders' engineer assignments.

You must be willing to:

· Manage/consult on large construction projects ($500 million+) in the petroleum refining/petrochemical/natural gas/pipeline or "topsides" oil and gas production industries

Requirements (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE, DON'T APPLY)

· BS in Chemical/Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering (MBA/P.E. license preferred)

· 15 years' petroleum refining and/or petrochemicals industries operations and/or maintenance management experience

· Very strong presentation skills

· Strong background in all aspects of major construction projects

· Project management experience with a large EPC company and/or owner

· Demonstrated hands-on experience in EPC contract management

· Experience with analyzing capital cos/schedule overruns on major projects
