Oversee daily maintenance of plant and direct craftsmen in completion of work.


*** Work with process supervisors to establish priorities and work schedules.


*** Collaborate with Reliability Coordinator to manage resources craftsmen need for completing work.


*** Assist with identification, planning, scheduling, and procuring of materials & equipment for execution of maintenance and minor capital work orders.


*** Secure all resources including people, materials, and outside expertise to maximize occupancy and minimize reliability costs.


*** Ensure safety of maintenance personnel in day to activities: follow site procedures and policies, clean up area after job is complete, and disseminate established employee safety programs.


*** Issue safety work permits to maintenance personnel.


*** Maintain critical safety devices and perform preventative maintenance in accordance to prescribed inspectionschedules.


*** Develop and execute action plans for upgrading skills of craftsmen with appropriate training.


*** Develop, track, and report key metrics for continual reliability improvement.


*** Meet budgets and adhere to strict cost control practices.


*** Provide technical expertise related to reciprocating and rotating equipment.




***Bachelors degree in engineering, chemistry, Science or other technical area.
