We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to drive the company’s vision for maintenance and reliability of manufacturing processes meeting budget and uptime standards. The Supervisor will lead a maintenance team of six or more consisting of millwrights, welders, electricians and planners. The supervisor must have a sound understanding of the equipment and facilities and be able to lead the team in predictive and preventive maintenance practices. By personally modeling safe behavior, the Supervisor will motivate the team to take responsibility in ensuring their safe work practices. The Supervisor must maintain excellent working relationships with the maintenance staff, engineering and Process Control.
Applicants must be United States citizens. The person selected for this position will need to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust consistent with our US Government contract requirements.
