Job Description


Supervise a team of employees including front line maintenance E&I supervisors and technicians.

Manage labor relations for the E&I department

Maintain and improve electrical and instrumentation systems and equipment and provide E&I plant support.

Develop, analyze and review a variety of operational reports to examine equipment usage, preventative/predictive maintenance, efficiency, quality, and other areas andimplements operational changes as required.

Work withother plant supervisors and management to review maintenance quality, safety, and other operations, implement department activities, and solve operational problems.

Develop and manage work procedures for E&I equipment

Provide plant turnaround/shutdown leadership

Ensure E&I maintenance schedules, programs, quality initiatives, safety targets, efficiency metrics, and other operational measurements are met.

Develop, implement and monitor capital projects that impact specific functions to ensure objectives and timelines are met and work with management or plant personnel as required to complete tasks.



Bachelor's Degree in ElectricalEngineering or equivalent

7+ years? of work experiencewithin a Chemical/Foods/Pharma or related manufacturing environment

Should have 3+ years of previous supervisory experience, preferably over salaried employees.

Should be well versed in E&I predictive and preventive maintenance, electrical reliability, CMMS and SAP.

Solid knowledge of National Electric Codes (NEC)

MUST be US Citizen or Perm Resident
