Maintenance Manager $100-120K + 10% Bonus ? Food & Beverages Manufacturing - Responsible for managing and supervising the Maintenance Department with a focus on predictive/preventive maintenance and machine reliability. Developing and maintaining programs to ensure employees are properly trained in human safety, product quality and safety, employee relations and professional development. Managing the Preventative Maintenance programs and Inventory Controls, and updating work orders. Responsibility for the cost justification, compiling specs, ordering and the installation of new equipment. Assisting in capital planning, proposals for expansions, budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and cost improvement projects.
5+ years maintenance management experience. Food or beverage manufacturing background highly desired. BS Engineering or Technical degreedesired. Ability to lead teams by successfully motivating and coaching others. Analytical, planning, and problem solving skills. Working experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.
