Mainframe Infrastructure RACF Administration / Support
Long Term Contract position in Dearborn, MI area
Maintain Mainframe InfrastructureSecurity. Own and drive RACF-related (security) projects in mainframe environment. Manages the daily functions of RACF Infrastructure administration for multiple databases. Participate / Facilitate on SOX, PwC and internal audits for RACF applications and infrastructure. Drive closure of annual audits and its comments. Create and maintain RACF group structure. Perform RACF Database consolidation. Review and analyze daily activity and violation (summary and detail) reports. Run ad hoc reports per customer / business needs. Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan. Test / Implement configuration changes. Analyze security requirements and define RACF access rules or profiles. Provide 3rd level support to escalated incidents / requests. Respond to production incidents/outages for RACF application and troubleshoot related issues. Respond to production CA7 / 11 ABENDS for RACF related jobs. Work with the customers, vendors, suppliers and other mainframe operations staff to resolve issues. Work with SILAS, P-synch support and / or other groups to improve the process / address concerns.
Required - RACF infrastructure knowledge. Minimum of 2years of scripting / programming experience for automating system support. Must know at least one of the following: JCL, REXX, CARLA or JAVA. Understanding of security concepts, access intent, and proper authority level based on resource definition and type of access requested. Understanding of RACF Resource Class Administration. Understanding of RACF Admin tools. Some level of understanding of Zsecure suite.
Preferred - Excellent communications skills (written and oral). Ability to work with a variety of people including technical, administrative and management. Ability to work independently. Good time-management and prioritization skills. Experience in MS-Office Tools. Familiarity with ACR/ICR Process, Annual Access Reviews (AAR), Annual File Review (AFR) and SCRP.
