We are looking for Mainframe ControlM Admin for our client in Cary, NC

Job Title: Mainframe ControlM Admin

Job Location: Cary, NC

Job Type: Contract ? 12 Months / Contract to Hire / Direct Hire

Job Description:

  • Day-to- day activities managing applications (incidents, tasks, changes, etc.)
  • Proposal, implementation of manageable solutions in production environment
  • Technical study on projets (database structure, background jobs scheduling)
  • Handle environments (Tests, QA, Production)
  • Help application support team
  • Installation, configuration and deploy applications and software
  • Database administration
  • Scheduling management
  • Key Indicators : mangement and monitoring
  • Documentation on applications (installation, recovery, deploy, etc)
  • Hands on Working experience of Scheduling Jobs
  • Hands on experience of Tivoli Workload Scheduler
  • Knowledge of other Scheduling tools (Control-M, CA7)
  • Hands on experience of MQSeries
  • Able to develop ISPF screens with Rexx or Clist language
  • Hands on experience of SQL language
  • Able to create DB2's objects with DDL
  • Hands on experience of DB2database administration
  • Knowledge of z/OS System

Knowledge of Storage Management:

  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First
  • Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases 
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives 
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. 
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies 
  • To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management 
  • To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
