NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Mail Engineer and Team Lead to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).
Duties: Responsible for leading and managing the messaging support team and overseeing all messaging services. Designs messaging architecture and implements enhancements. Plans workloads, assigns projects, and oversees all administrative tasks associated with the operations of the messaging system. Provides guidance and expertise to team and assists with troubleshooting complex issues.
-12+ years of experiencesupporting enterprise messaging services, with a minimum of 5 years managing and overseeing technical support teams.
- Microsoft O365 or equivalent certification required.
