Seeking sales professional with technical apptitude; 5+ machinery parts sales track record; and ability to identify customer needs and match their requirements to products.

 

Activities:

 

*** Proactively develop leads and follow up on company-supplied leads.

 

*** Build positive customer and sales agent relationships.

 

*** Attend conferences and trade shows.

 

*** Collaborating with Engineering Staff develop technical solutions to unusually complex manufacturing challenges.

 

*** Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes.

 

*** Negotiate agreements.

 

Must be experienced with electrical, mechanical, and fluidic components of machines including:

 

*** AC or DC drives and motors.

 

***Hydraulic or pneumatic pistons, valves, cylinders, tubing, cooling systems, lubrication systems, etc.

 

*** Servos, actuators, regulators, governors, etc.

 

*** Spindle units, gearboxes, bearings, ballscrews, etc.

 

*** CNC controls and PLCs from FANUC, Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Rockwell, etc.
