Machine Learning Architect

Build infrastructure to stream and store data from shop floor machines and analyze this data to build machine learning (ML) models to improve production parts. Architect IOT applications on Azure cloud platform to collect data from machines. Build ML and Deep Learning models applied to casting data, sensor data and image data to produce real-time insights from manufacturing machines. Deploy machine learning models for inference using Docker or TensorFlow serving on compute clusters. Work closely with subject matter experts from manufacturing plants to enable IOT system design, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and alerting. Build and deploy scalable, enterprise grade implementations using Python and popular ML libraries that execute in a multi-server cloud context. Use programming languages and libraries such as Python, Scikit learn and OpenCV for processing of sensor and image data. Analyze casting data from production machines to build solutions using various ML methods that contribute to improvement of casting blocks. Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and train and retrain systems when necessary. Oversee end-to-end architecture of AI solutions and build products on Azure cloud to enable better visibility into production data and improved functioning of factory equipment using supervised and unsupervised learning.
Education + Experience Requirements
Master’s in data science or information management and three (3) years of data science or software engineering experience
Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) build Machine Learning/Deep Learning models applied to casting data, sensor data and image data to produce real-time insights from manufacturing machines; 2) deploy machine learning models for inference using Docker or TensorFlow serving on compute clusters; and 3) use programming languages and libraries such as Python, Scikit learn and OpenCV for processing of sensor and image data.
