We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Production Manager, Displays to continue to drive our vision. This position manages a team of intermediate or experienced professionals in Manufacturing Operations. The Production Manager will establish objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring cell performance and productivity, direct scheduling and sequencing of work, and adopt of lean methods such as VSM to optimize production.
What You Will Do:
Directly Manages multiple cells; performance and responsible for productivity, safety, quality, and manufacturing lead time.
Establish performance objectives and lead performance and productivity.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles (ACE) to continuously improve methods, processes and production KPIs
Oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.
Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
Sets the sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to optimize productivity.
Head materials and logistics problem resolution for the unit or shift to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
Partners with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.
Hire, mentor and coach a high performance team with succession planning
Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes, and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learnings.
Performs professional or management work regularly across multiple Manufacturing disciplines.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate9s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
