Logistics Readiness and Modernization Planner, Lead

The Opportunity:

As a logistics readiness and modernization planner, you’ll bring your cross-functional logistical planning and coordination background to work on projects for our defense mission client. You’ll refine and develop the group’s logistics processes and procedures according to current orders and directives to plan and coordinate logistical support to the organizations exercises and operations. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to assist our client in facilitating logistics planning and coordination, facilities support, equipment tasking coordination and compliance, and material readiness improvement.

You Have:

· Experience with conducting logistics planning and coordination across all functions of logistics

· Experience as battalion, regimental, or group logistics officer or chief supporting deployed exercises and operations

· Experience with developing, planning, and executing strategies for large, complex organizations

· Ability to facilitate materiel readiness briefs, including input to and analysis of the Defense Readiness Reporting System

· Ability to conduct and assist with maintenance efforts

· Secret clearance

· Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

· Experience with planning logistics in a Command area of operations

· Experience with providing logistics support to information operations

· Top Secret clearance

· Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
