Local Support Success Manager

WTOL 11 a Raycom Media station in Toledo, OH is expanding its inside sales force team.  This expansion creates a fresh and exciting job opportunity for a local support media success manager. 

 

MSM will provide internal support for the local sales team by creating and processing insertion orders for ad placements. MSM will also be responsible for special projects assigned by sales managers. 

 

Other duties include answering phones, prospect and cold calling and order input as well.  Maintain a working knowledge of individual account guidelines and sales systems. Monthly review of receivables and compiling reports as needed by sales department. 

 

The MSM will also be responsible for entering digital orders into sales systems and in our extended network platforms.  Must be familiar with running POP reports for monthly campaign delivery. Will need to be extremely detail oriented with strong computer skills.

 

Other responsibillities will include:

  • Consistant daily support for Media Sales Consultants
  • Creating and entering orders
  • Assisting with make good submissions
  • Generating avails
  • Creating presentations
  • Prospecting on behalf of the sales team, returing phone calls and confirming cllient meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining working knowledge of sales team's individual account guidelines

 The optimal candidate for this position of Media Success Manager is  a goal-driven, self motivated, responsible individual willing to collaborate with the sales support staff to build long lasting and profitable client advertiser campaign and relationships.  Candidate must have at least 2-5 years in a sales organization. Pre-employment drug screen and clean MVR required.
