The Loan Operations group seeks an Loan Administrator who has solid loan operations experience including hands-on knowledge of STUCKY loan system to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Process daily work in STUCKY, which includes: review of incoming faxes, email, and mail, processing advances, repricing, rate changes, interest, fee and principal payments to loans on direct, participated, or syndicated deals.
- Obtain internal approval for advances and new borrowings as required.
- Ensure that Promissory or Grid Notes and othersupporting documents are received, completed, and fully executed.
- Interpret Credit Agreements, Amendments, Notes, Line Letters, etc. and updateLoan IQ as indicated in the legal documents.
- Track monthly aging and inventoryschedules.
- Reconcile monthly aging, inventory and borrowing base certificates.
- Reconcile and affect changes to the Ineligibles.
- Prepare concentration reports.
- Review the daily postings (registers) to check for errors.
- Assist in Daily Proofs and process Interface file to Fiserv server.
- Update the EOD and Month-End process
- Communicate with internal lending officers and agent bank representatives on syndicated deals.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and account discrepancies.
- Reconciliation interest and fee discrepancies.
- Ensure that all work processed meet audit and compliance requirements.
- Participate in department projects and initiatives as required.
- Assist in testing and implementation of system enhancements as required.
- Prepare and circulate departmental reports as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5years loan operations experience
- Good working knowledge of Asset Based Lending
- Working knowledge of STUCKY loan system
- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent education and related training
- Effective communication and interpersonal
- Ability to work independently while also interact as part of a team
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining keen attention to detail
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting related problems independently
- Technical skills to include Windows systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
